This fantastic 2bedroom Ground Floor apartment situated in the Tamarillas development on the popular Valle de Este Golf Course in Vera is available now for rent. Well situated for all local towns, beaches and shops the Valle de Este also has its own Leisure resort, shops, resturants and bars.
The apartment is on the quietest part of the golf course with 3 swimming pools to choose from. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Being on the ground floor means no steps to climb after a hard day on the golf course. Once there relax on the patio with a cold beer and watch the other golfers on the 13th tee.

The spacious patio area looks out over one of the three communal pools and faces south and gets the best of the daytime sun with gentle shade in the evening. The living/dining room looks out over the patio and the golf course beyond. The living room has a 2 seat and a 3 seat settee and is fitted with air conditioning and a TV with DVD player. The main dining area includes a dining table that will comfortably seat 4 adults. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and everything else you need in the kitchen. There is also a washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board - just in case! The main bedroom is a double with en suite bathroom, the second bedroom is a twin bedded room and together they provide accommodation for four. There is a family bathroom with shower accessible from the main accommodation.

The golf course resort itself has everything you will need to keep not only the golfers but the non-golfers amused. There are swimming pools, tennis courts, shops, bars, restaurants and a spa all on site. The Valle del Este Beach Club is a short distance away on the shores of the Mediterranean and is reached by a free daily shuttle bus. Many other activities such as horse riding and diving are available locally. The course resort has its own hotel with further bars, restaurants and spa facilities. The hotel and commercial centre are a 5 minute walk away on private roads.
