To Rent is this Large Villa in Mojacar with fantastic Sea Views and Private Pool
Abuvilla is located in a central position of Mojacar Playa only a few minutes walk to one of the many fantastic beaches Mojacar offers. There are numerous restaurants, bars, beach bars and shops also walking distance. There is a local bus service and taxis if you want to travel further afield.
Abuvilla sleeps 10 - 12 people. The Pool is private and gated for child safety. The main accommodation provides bright lounge/diner with sea views which leads from the patio doors onto a large veranda. In the lounge there is satellite and Spanish television, a dvd player and stereo. The fully equipped kitchen provides a washing machine, dishwasher, gas and electric cooking and microwave. Three bedrooms with two of the bedrooms providing a double bed and a single bed. New bathroom with bath and shower.
There is also a separate accommodation attached to the main property providing two further bedrooms and a shower room, which leads out onto patio and pool. The pool is situated within a large private garden. There is a garage and a private driveway.
